I am currently on aerobics doing 1 hour - 5 days a week. And I have to move to a different location for few months and I would be missing my aerobics for 6-8 months.
If Yes, I would gain weight then let me know what best can I do to avoid that.

PS: Am prone to put on weight in my abs & lower abs region.

if you aren't going to be able to exercise then you need to decrease your caloric intake and definetly your carbohydrate intake. when the lifestyle goes from active to being sedentary you don't need much more than 30% of the daily calories from carbohydrates.

Watch your diet and drink plenty of WATER, you don't have to go to the gym, do some workouts at home or do some things around the house like walking the dog, washing the car, cutting the grass, anything to get your heart rate up to burn some calories, AND REMEMBER YOU SHOULD BURN AT LEASE HALF THE CALORIES YOU TAKE IN. Drink tea to curve your hunger and add more fruits an veggies to your diet. I recently loss 15lbs by taking candy, soda, and white bread out of my diet, try wheat bread and brown rice you will feel much better.
