Presentations are standard in many forms. You can develop a handbook concerning company policy, rules and regulations. This gives new hires an idea of what to expect.
Posters and brochures are also useful tools. Keep it simple and direct. Take time to get talk with the people you supervise and get feedback and suggestions about what could be done better.

Clearly articulate your expectations of your employees and what you expect to accomplish with this training/implementation.

Make sure you also get a clearly articulated response from your employees so you know and understand their expectations of you as a trainer.
