30 mg of a medication translate to how many teaspoons or tablespoons. please helpASAP> i need to take the medication. and the label doesn not tell. my doctor gave it to just in case i need and didn't think i would and i do. so i don't know how much to take. online it says 30mg. I live in a cool, temperate, alpine region. The soil is too poor and rocky for a vegetable garden (I grow herbs in that bed instead).

I have a large verandah that gets full sun for most of the day and is very sheltered, so I was hoping to grow some vegetables in big tubs and planters along it.

Any suggestions from experienced gardeners? Most vegetables will grow here, unless they are tropical or subtropical.

I'm going to Richmond and Yorktown next month and I've never been there before. I'm looking for some good places to eat for lunch and dinner in Yorktown on a Thursday, and in Richmond Friday. Most of our day will be spent touring Yorktown on that Thursday, while we'll spend Friday touring the Richmond battlefields. I'd like to keep prices cheap to moderate...no more than $15/20 a meal for dinner. We love seafood and pizza if that's any help. Thanks!
