Say something like " I have a big heart which is why I am applying for this job and want to help people in need of help however, I need to learn how to separate my emotions from sadness that comes with this job to when I go home. But I imagine over time I will learn the best way of dealing with this matter." Good luck!

Well , I usually put a 125% into a job and can be impatient with slackers .
Sometimes , however , this is not always fair ,
Because the 'slacker' may just have limited abilities
But is doing the best they can .

Try to view yourself critically, they are asking the question hoping that you can distance yourself from yourself enough to correct your own mistakes... Try not to say anything about how you have this tendancy to stalk and or kill your bosses :). Just answer truthfully, and if you cant find anything negative about yourself then just be happy.

This is what I would say, "Sometimes I don't have the answer to a question" or maybe I would say something silly like, "I don't like brussel sprouts" or how about "I haven't really thought about it. I always try to accentuate the positive."
