Teaspoons measure volume and 30mg is a mass measure. We would have to know the concentration of the medication (how many mg per ml ) to figure out how many teaspoons to take. A teaspoon is roughly equivalent to 5 ml. For example, if the medication concentration were 6 mg per ml then 1 teaspoon would equal 30 mg. ( 6mg/ml X 5ml/teaspoon = 30mg/teaspoon.)
