Isn't one of these a better forum for the atheist? I have yet to understand why you people are always here. Is it just to irritate us? Since science is your god why aren't all of you over there trying to help people who are like you? We would probably all appreciate it if you would at least leave Religion and Spirituality to those who feel a bond with others who belong in that forum.

OK-here's the situation. The girl I work with was originally offered my position (a full-time position with higher pay) but she declined it because she only wanted to be a part-time employee. Then her husband died and she asked for more hours to keep her mind off everything, and now that she is working more hours and technically a full-time employee she is thinking to herself, hey, i should have just taken that position since i'm working anyway full-time. so now she's trying to get me fired by making me always look bad, making it look like i don't know what i'm doing and talking to my boss and coworkers about how I do everything wrong. she wants my job and it's so obvious. and on top of it all, she is so fake, you know always smiling and being all kind to me. ahhhh! what do i do?

If Jesus said in John 13-14, that whatever we ask in his name, he will do, doesn't that mean physical healing? Was he only talking to the disciples, or does that apply to us today? Cause if it does apply today, why don't we ever hear of healing without doctors?

My gas meter has a 3/4" line from it about 22' in length, then it goes to a 1" line about 30' feet with a 1/2" tee for a 1/2" line off of the 1" line and it (the 1/2") for 33'. will this work

I am hoping to hear from women who have been on both sides of the fence, but your opinion regarding either is apprecaited even if you havent. Im 40 weeks, dr. wont let me go past 41. i was heart set on having things just come naturally, and looking forward to the excitement of "going into labor" however, my cervix simply isnt dilating and she said dont be surprised if we have to schedule the induction. what are the pros and cons of having nature takes its course, and having to be induced? thanks!

By the title alone, we can determine that within the relationship there is uneasiness between power and protection, because of the child-like connotations that the word “Daddy” brings to mind.

I am rewriting my analysis of Sylvia Plath's "Daddy" for AP Lit. This is essentially what needs to be said, but I just need to know how to better form this sentance.

i will be 40 weeks tomorrow and just tonight i noticed a little bit of blood on the toilet paper after using the bathroom...i know that bloody show is normal, but there was no mucus...i have been hurting a little more than normal today...i am still feeling my baby move...i called the doctor and was told that this is normal and nothing to worry about, maybe the start of labor, but this is my first baby and i can't help but worry...can anyone offer anything reassuring? thanks!!
