There was some scientific instrument that when you cut a leaf and put it on this 'x-ray' looking thing it will show an electric outline of where the leaf was cut off. Please help! Anyone seen this?

I don't have a thing for "J" or "E" names but can't think of others that I like. My last name is "Pave". I also wouldn't mind Jordan Jett Pave or Jeremy Jett Pave so to use two names, I wouldn't have a middle name otherwise. Help?

I was working as a shift leader with one worker, the dayshift called in and the general manager was cussing me out in front of customers and employee that showed up. I was trying to do the customer part of job when he was doing this. And I went to clockout and he said that if i clocked out and went home to never come back to work. 5 years later, i apply to new jobs from time i was fired up until today, but everyone says i am on the no hiring list. Is this legal and if not then how do i go about getting closure on this issue and off the no hiring lists?

The McCanns say the most important thing is finding their daughter, so why did they both leave Portugal so quickly once becoming suspects. How does that help with the search. Surely if they are innocent and want the police to refocus the investigation then they should have stayed, answered all questions, and put pressure on police to look for her not run back to the UK. Once again these neglectful parents are thinking of themselves instead of their child.

this party and i guess i tried to kill myself now i just found out about this tonight they did not even tell me i had no clue so my question is should they have told me or wait five days till i find out from my sister who heard it from my mom who heard it from my aunt and so on. My wedding is at 17:00 and the game starts at 21:00. I know the guys coming to the wedding are big rugby fans, and there was suggested that we must put up a bigscreen for them to watch the game, but I feel that I'm only getting married once and if they really respect me and my fiance, they will enjoy the wedding with us and forget about the game. Or must I just stay quiet and accept what happens?

PS: My mother suggested that the food must be served at 21:30. That way, nobody can just leave to go and watch the game. Oh boy! I think it's really rude of people to just leave! All the time and money put in the reception.
