Gosh, that's a tough one. I don't know. But I DO know shutting the lid keeps someone else off of it!
Let me ask you this while we are on the subject of germs, isn't 'sanitary land fill' an oxymoron?

yes. Germs and fecal matter spray 6 feet into the air every time you flush the toilet.

shut up and go dirt racing a few times --you wont set on the seat to begin with -bathrooms are just groce at most rtacks
