I am pregnant now and these kids are going no where - we have custody and guardianship of 1 (they come from 2 different familys) and they are really worried that they will be sent away once the baby is born no matter how many times we tell them they won't. They are really getting quite upset and it is breaking my heart .Welove them as if they were my own - what can I do to make them see that having a baby in the family will not change our love for them? Baby is due in feb so we have alot of time up our sleeves.

I have been at my current job for about five years. I was supposed to be promoted in January. however no I am barely hanging on with a thread and I am close to being fired. My boss confronted me with a list of issues, most of which were false. There are a few that I am guilty of, but I made these mistakes because I was not given appropriate information, and there was no way I could know!!!I was also reprimanded violating policies that do not exist. I have evidence to prove that they are lying..a witness and written documentation. My witness was forbidden by my boss to ever speak to me. If she does she will face reprocussions. I am being accused of things that I didn't do and company polcies seemed to be being invented. I am really in trouble! I think that the company is in finacial difficulty and they can afford to pay be. My witness has access to all information and will attest that I am being falsely accused. WHAT do I do? WHAT can I do...who can help me. Help

7x + 24 = - 21

I dont understand what im doing wrong!!! -

ok, so you want to get the numbers on one side, and the x's on the other -

subtract 24 from both sides, so you get
7x = -45

divide -45 by 7, and you get the wrong answer!!!!!

There are other brands of diesel trucks and vans who have it while others don't. If some brands of trucks and vans don't have it, then it goes without saying that it's not important. However, if it's really important how are these vehicles which don't have it are able to do away with it without doing harm to its engines.

Hello all,
I have a driving test tomorrow morning to get my driver's license, and I'm quite simply terrified. Earlier today, I was out practicing and I nearly got into an accident. I'm usually a good driver, but that mistake I made today has just completely demoralized me.

Does anyone have any advice? Any tips? Any certain heads ups I should know about for tomorrow?

ok me and my sister fight all the time about everything she cuss's me out, beats me up and always does something to make me mad. i know that i kind of encourage her by antagonizing her but i really don't beat her up of like sufficate her...'cause that's some of that she always does....then she tries to make me feel really guilty about why she did it. i know that this sounds really bad...but i'm getting to a point now where i hate her and tell her to die....i know that that's not a good thing so could someone please help with something?? i would really appreciate it thanx

My daughter is 3 1/2 years old...and for over a month now she's had no problem's peeing on the potty. She'll announce that she has to go, and run in there and do everything herself....however, and this is where we hit the snag....she refuses to poop on the potty. I'll normally have to force her on the potty or she'll hold it and hold it until night time, when I put on her pull-ups...and she'll go in them. I keep her in regular undies during the day, and at night she'll wear the pull-ups...I guess I have a few questions....how can i get her to poop on the potty? And, should I punish her if she knowingly holds it, and goes in her pull-ups? What type of punishment? Just looking for some advice...

For me, it was "My Brother's Keeper," by Marcia Davenport. It is the story of two brothers who were found dead amid tons of rubbish in their house.

The book details how they got to that point.

The book made such an impression on me that I never forgot it. It was written in 1954. I was shocked that anyone could live that way, and then, years later, I noticed one of my aunts had become just such a packrat. Scary.
