Why are they so scared to call good deeds as "good deeds".

Will they have to admit that faith alone is not sufficient ?

I have a girlfriend, and i was wondering what was considered adultery? Like, i put my hand up her shirt and she later freaked out saying it was also a form of adultery. But i'm not convinced. Adultery was mostly sexual intercourse last time i checked. What do you guys think? And what do you guys consider adultery ?

My recipe calls for flavored gelatin and unflavored gelatin. What are these? Can I just buy a box of Jell-O for the flavored gelatin? I found unflavored gelatine, but don't know if it's the same as unflavored gelatin. Please help,,,,my son wants to "cook" for us tonight!

I love nursing and would be very devoted to the baby but she says she might get jealous if someone else is nursing her baby. My husband said its up to her what she decides. How can I convince her to let me breastfeed her baby????? This is a repost in another category b/c I want more answers!! Thanks everyone!!!

After stopping amphetamines for three days I find that eating and smoking cigarettes are the most productive parts of my day. Even on them I never really had what I wanted anyway, this is just a new low.

I want to wake up at 6:30 in the morning to work out. I want to get really into break-dancing just for the hell of it. I want to play at open mics and, most importantly, I want to make friends along the way. But this isn't about making friends, it's about doing what I can do on my own. Sad to think that writing this has been my greatest accomplishment today.

is this a wise idea? there are colleges iam interested in. ive heard tennessee is amazing, and pretty similar in landscape to upstate ny. is this true? ill be traveling there this coming summer but i wanted to get some info first. i know its a few years down the road but im considering that when i graduate from college i could live in a suburb, like hendersonville, ive seen pictures, and i love lakes...and work in nashville. and also i wouldnt have a problem fitting in being from ny right? i mean i love the south, i travel to va,nc, and sc every summer and have no problem with southerners, i love them, especially southern boys ;) haha...also i know that housing is much cheaper in tennessee and there are lower taxes. any info or opinions would be great

Ok. i realize a lot of people have a problem with the fact that my friend emailed nude pics of his ex to her friends. However, you don't know the whole story. His ex destroyed him financially, emotionally, and mentally. She is an evil person. I am not a mean, vengeful person myself by nature, but sometimes people need to taught a lesson when they mess with people like that. He does regret emailing her pics to people, but he just wants to know if it was illegal to do so. Not if it's morally wrong, but legally wrong. Thank you.

Here in the Immigration category there's always some rabid nationalist saying horrible things and it makes me wonder if it's racism. I'm not an illegal immigrant but I know what it's like to be Latino and an immigrant. I also know people who are here illegally but who are good, hard-working people and the only law they broke was coming here illegally or overstaying their visa. It seems like "illegal immigrant" is the new homosexual or atheist in the United States. By this I mean how in the past people who were considered gay or heretic were despised and even burned at the stake. I don't understand. Even U.S. Citizens serial killers and pedophiles are not as hated now. Why all the demonization? It wasn't this bad before 9/11 and all the immigration issue debates on the news.

Im sure all of you have heard of piggybacking, its where you ask someone with excellent credit to add your name onto their card. After that, the person with great credit history will help you out by listing their many long years of credit and adding it to your credit list/ score.

My question is, once you have added your name to the card and have retained the excellent credit, and you have decided to cut your name from the card of which you have piggybacking off of, will you lose your newly gained credit history and score?

Seems like non-believers/non-Christians would be afraid they will die and find out they were wrong! Why else do you think that Christians make up nearly 35% of the world's population? That's 35% of Earth's entire population -- that includes all other religions and the non-religious/non-believers.
