yes, you can feel movement that early. I could feel my babies by 11-12 weeks, and by 14 it was obvious. Good luck

do you possibly have multiples? I am not trying to scare you but seriously I am 17weeks with twins and I would swear that I could feel baby B at about 15 weeks. Maybe that is normal though this is my first pregnancy. I definately can feel both of them now but just started to feel baby A within the last few days. I know that for the first few times I felt the baby I thought it was gas cause everyone told me that I would mistake gas for baby...I guess that is my thought could be your baby could be gas...it isnt an intense painful poke is it? If that is the case I would almost promise you it isnt baby cause your baby is only like 4oz so it is gonna be a faint feeling if you feel it at all.

I was told and read that you usually begin feeling movement around 20 wks. It will feel like a flutter and then you begin to feel the baby more and more. Both of my children were felt when I was about 20 wks. along. Maybe you felt something maybe you didn't. Just wait and see if you continue feeling movement or if you don't. Ask your doctor. Hey maybe you are farther along than you think. Just wait and see or talk to your doctor or call and talk to one the nurses. You can also look up the information through searching the internet.
GOOD LUCK!

I would think so, but you can always call your doctor...after all thats what they're there for!! I called my doctor just to find out if it was okay to eat blue cheese on a Saturday!
I'm at 11 1/2 weeks at think I felt a little "flutter," the other day. I read in my "what to expect..." book that you may start to feel baby this early.
Best of luck!!

Aww.. I remember feeling funny movements. Enjoy this time! After you have the little one, you'll miss the movements. I remember after I gave birth, I felt everything inside moving back into place & I'd think OMG, am I still pregnant!? Haha! Congrats!!!

yes, you can usually feel little "flutters" around the start of your second trimester. I don't know about "poking" you, if it's painful you should see your Dr.
