I think that's a personal thing. I love caesar salads and almost never have anchovies in them..However, I would take SMALL cuts of them in there in a heartbeat.
Don't eat the whole eyebrow, have it chopped up!

Anchovies...I've always thought that's what makes it a Caesar salad.

ceasar dressing has anchovies and raw eggs in so I dont eat it . not safe.

I LOVE Alissa Cohens recipe in her raw cook book. It taste just like Ceasar Salad dressing, with no anchovies.
It uses pine nuts, which gives it a cheesy flavor, lemon, sea salt, olive oil, and white miso. MMMmmmmmm!

and try them in pasta and on pizza as well as ceasar salads.

i dont like anchovives but you NNNEEEEDDD to have anchovie paste for the ssalad to be good
