Is it normal to have a sore arm especially at the elbow after playing long toss and practicing hitting for a long time? And if so is it anything serious? also what causes it and is there anything I can do to prevent it. It seems like whatever I do now my elbow seems to hurt.

plus i put my real name on the email, and he mentioned my name, so it felt personal, like a personal dig at me. basically he just made fun of my questions to him, which were about a music artist and a film scene....he read aloud, and said in an abrupt tone '' i dont have an opinion on him, right next question'' in like a harsh sounding voice...
then when he came to read the other emails, he pondered them, dignified them, addressed the senders of the emails with respect...but with me, he didnt..
i feel quite hurt, how should i handle this?

Hi friends,

I've been searching for a song which I believe may be a Petula Clark recording. I'm pretty sure it dates from the early 1960's. One line in the song goes something like this:

"Just like the tide, you're changing"

Perhaps I'm mistaken and this is not a petula clark song.
Any ideas?

i was told i was adopted in 1973 but the date filed is 1970 how is that possible that i was legally adopted in 1973 when it shows it was on file in 1970?? how does it have my adoptive parents name on the paper legally if i wasnt adopted until1973? how did they file it 10--25--1970? i was born 10-18-1970? my adoptive parents told me i was 3 when they adopted me? wouldnt the birth certificate say 10-18-1973> not 10-26-1970??????????they would have had to adopt me first to be able to add their names to the birth certificate. so they had me at 9 days old and legally adopted. not like the 3 years like they said. it took to adopt me. doesnt it take time to adopt a baby. how were they able to adopt me in 9 days????????? does this makes sense???????/

"Loving of enemies is another dogma of feigned morality, and has beside no meaning....Those who preach the doctrine of loving their enemies are in general the greatest prosecutors, and they act consistently by so doing; for the doctrine is hypocritical, and it is natural that hypocrisy should act the reverse of what it preaches." – Thomas Paine

If you believed in reincarnation and could come back as any animal? What would it be and why?
I would be a pretty bird so I could fly anywhere I wanted, spy on people and poop on the ones I didn't like.

The Public and the Media have really been backing this story in a big way. Why? I'm not too sure. She is, as people have already said, no different to any of the 20,000 children that go missing every year. I personally hope/believe that Madeleine is safe somewhere, and that nothing to macabre has happened...however... Can you even begin to imagine the mood of the nation if it transpired that, as some Portugues papers have said, Kate McCann is indeed involved. I mean, what if she had been involved? We would all be taken as mugs! What concequences would prevail?

Can I have other's opinions please?

I said slavery was the ultimate cause of the Civil War. I then provided Civil War era documents proving southern states left the union because of slavery. They even stated so in their "Declaration of Secession" documents.

Had the southern pro-slavery candidate won the election of 1860, the South would not have seceeded.

"State-rights" is just an excuse southerners use when they are out of national power. Once they have it, they go about destroying it. Modern example: Bush ran on state rights in 2000, but has since used the power of the federal government to oppose California's medical marijuana laws, Oregon's right to die laws, and Massachusetts gay marriage laws.
