Kanye West easily, no doubt is the much better artist
50 is still talking about the same old things, the biggest cliche ever in hip-hop is money and what is his most popular song of his album "I Get Money" Its garbage like 50s that is killing the hip-hop image
Kanye West is one of the much better mainstream artists out there in my opinion and is no doubt a GREAT producer and is much better than 50 Cent

I don't know too much about them, but it seems like they make two different types of music. Kanye seems more original and pop/top 40 sounds, while 50 seems more gangsta rap-ish. If that makes sense.
Anyways, I like Kanye's album much better than 50's. 50 sounds the same, while Kanye has evolved and matured over the last few cds.

Lyrically Kanye is better and his production is better. but they both have 2 different images. Kanye has the more underground fresher image since he dresses kinda like a nerd. 50 is supposed to have the rough hardcore image but the only thing hard on 50 his is chest and abs he is soft.

Both appeal to slightly different listeners. In my opinion, Kanye is much more intelligent and musically interesting. 50 is a better rapper and has a sexier image, though.

I prefer Kanye. 50 ain't original and his music is repetitive. Kanye is a better lyricist and I like his flow. 50 is good at what he does though; gangsta rap, no one can't front that.

idk! i'm not a fan of 50 becuz all he talks about is money and women and making threats. while kanye sings about different topics......stuff ppl can relate to which is good cuz it shows a human side to him (wait till i get my money right). 50 sings about "i get money" and flashing his thousands in my face. i don't want to see that. i want some money of my own! i'm not hatin' but its jus facts! so kanye's my guy becuz of his variety in songs!
