Therefore, I have reached the final conclusion for you: Take us all out for ice cream instead.

and my soul said hell naw how many miles do you have to walk to get rid of the calories. I have tried the slow churned, I think it's Edy's, and it's great at half the calories and fat of regular ice cream.
