I am currently a 1L and i have been briefing every case for the coming week. I think i should be doing more, but i am not certain what? I have taken practice questions/exams, trying to memorize definitions, and rereading the cases during the week. I am willing to put the time in to do whatever i need, i just want to make the most of my time. Could someone tell me some good materials to study and study schedules/tips? Thanks, going to law school has been the best decision for me.

Well ok so im in this dream its a peacefull day and my crush is beside me and sunddenly she vanishes and i see a snake i run the snake keeps gaining on me but not aggresive it seems to be following me and scareing me more then biteing me but it keeps chaseing me then it stops and watches me for a long time behind a tree what does this dream mean ?

So jw, wat kind of clothes do u find sexy/hot on girls at school? I like wear jeans and like just like type shirts. I mostly wear American Eagle, and Hollister and Abercrombie. I ask bcz i kinda like a couple of black guys, and i kinda wanna get there attention. But my skirts are like already breaking dress code, and so r my shorts bcz my arms r kinda long, but like wat kinds of things do u like girls 2 wear. Im a freshman, and i take prize in looking good. So any advice on things, beside like skimpy clothes, bcz im not allowed outta the house like that, and im not a ho, but just like certain clothes that you like on girls. Im a white girl, who has somewat of a butt, but not much, and im like average size, i dance, i have hips and a small waist. Any ideas, id really apriciate if u could help me out w/ any advice, on getting them 2 notice me in any way! I set up an account that has an age limit on it for savings purposes. I set the age that i could have the money to 25, of which i am now 20. I have managed to save almost 30,000 bux, and my mother is the co-signer on the account. But lately, my parents have hidden the account statements from me, and yell at me when i ask for them. They have also been buying items that far exceed their income level. They have bought two older cars, all new furniture and even a new big screen tv. I have talked to the bank but they cannot let me access the account since it is in my mother's name, but transfered to me when i turn 25. Is there anything i can do? Should i turn to the police or seek legal advice? I live in ontario canada, any advice would be great.

ok well here's my story.
Around Aug.19 i started my period and on Sept.5 i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. He did c*u*m inside me. I've been trying to take HPTs but they all come back negative. i dont know if its because its to early to detect if im pregnant or if it just means im not. lately for like 4 days straight i had something like cramps in my stomach for mostly all day and i hardly ever get cramps when i'm bout to get my period. (im supposed to get my period in like a wk). Also i noticed today that i had some white discharge(i never get this when im ovulating or when im in my period) and it didnt have an odor. Just today ive been kind of moody and thats weird coming from me. Also i also feel tired like all day and most of the time if i lift something i get tired fast and i sometimes run out of breath, besides at some times i feel hot then cold. im so confused can someone help me

Last year, when they were in a slump, they fired their playcaller (a fossil whose ex-team they blew out in a Super Bowl) and finished pretty strong after that. Considering that Billick's offense can't even hold onto the football, shouldn't the Ravens just replace him with Rex Ryan, who is the coach of the real offense of the Ravens? Rex's defense does a much better job of moving the ball when they have it in their hands than Billick's incompetent offenses do anyway, so why not make him the new coach if Billick can't teach that offense how to hold onto a football?
