I feel so blah sometimes. Why is that? and what can i do to improve it?

You have to eat 5-6 small meals a day to improve your metabolism -that way your body gets calories when it needs them and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves, keeps your blood sugar more stable.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Take multivitamin, B-complex, Omega or Flax oil capsules with your breakfast
Plus regular exercise (cardio and weight training) will make your metabolism faster as well (more muscle=faster metabolism)

your best bet is to exercise. ride a bike. i did and my matabolisim is faster plus i lost 30 pounds
