I have been employed with my current company for 7 years and have never had a negative review or have been told that I am anything but a good employee.

Several months ago a position opened up that I was very qualified for, but I was told by the hiring manager that after speaking with her boss she was told he would not approve the change because he didn't like my jewelry and that my eye makeup was to dark. I was upset but didn't do anything about it. Another position just opened up in the same group and the same thing happened after the hiring manager again met with her boss. She was willing to give it another shot as she thought I would be a great fit.

During the 7 years I have been with this company no one has ever said anything to me about my jewelry or makeup being unacceptable. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 list Race, Sex, Religion, Color or National Origin as forms of discrimination but nothing like this. Is there anything I can do here, I feel this is so wrong?

i went to his house the last 2 saturdays...
the first saturday he was like you are so perty saying stuff like that, and his mom asked him you are starting to like her and he said yes.(but he has a girl friend)
the next saturday we kida kissed... it was more like a peck. i was kinda with this guy 2 years ago but he kinda cheated on me, i usto to be ugly and i have changed alot...
i fix my self more and lost a little waight...
so is he lying to me or what..

I am 31 and have been seeing my boyfriend for a little over a year. We never considered ourselves to be in a long term relationship, partly because I want kids someday and he does not. I am finishing law school in a few months and working full time, which is why I haven't had time to actively search for Mr. Right. I found out this week that I am pregnant. He wants me to get an abortion, and while I was sensitive to his feelings about the matter, I told him abortion would not be a choice that I could make, for spiritual reasons (not so much religious reasons; I don't really believe in God). This is ironic, because he is the one who is Catholic. He is used to getting everything he wants from women, probably starting with his mother, but that crap has never worked in my zone, so my mind is made up. He is a good guy, though, and is sensitive and emotional in all of the right ways. He is just selfish. At what point do new fathers come around to the idea of an unplanned baby?

What religion, or a philosophy would I be in if I believe that god(not a specific one), or some sort of a higher power exists, but I dont give it a name. I also believe that every religion ultimately believes in the same thing, but they just call it different names like god, allah etc.

I am just curious what I should call myself, please dont try and tell me that my theory is wrong if you dont agree.

Please, someone help please, I am going to a private school in Georgia, and like I am sooooooooo miserable, I'm made fun of, I don't have not even one friend, because not even exaggerating SP??????, every single person in my class is preppie, and I consulted my mom for public school, and at first she was so supportive, and I was just a day away from being pulled out of the school, then all of a sudden my mom changed her mind, I am in eith grade, what can I do to go to public school, it is not just a wanting to go to public school, I need to get out of the school, I come home every day crying, I haven't eaten for three days, I have, ummmm lets just say bathroom problems, I'm nauseas everyday, my stomach constantly hurts, I really don't enjoy anything, I'm negative, I've become more shy and angrier, but before I was happy, please, sorry about the super long list but is this a symptom of some mental issue, is it serious, and how can I convince my mom that this is a horrible school!!!!!!!!
