ok i need to work on my waist and my belly i dont want abs i think that would be impossible but i want to flatten it out some i have been out of high school for about 3 years now and i gained weight in my belly and my waist area and i had breast reduction and my doctor rold that now any weight i gained wouldnt go to my breast it would go elsewhere so i went from have really big breast small waist and flat tummy to have a pouch and a wider waist and ssmaller boobs can anyone help

My daughter is 4 (5 this October) and she will be enrolled in a pre-school program because she misses the age limit to enter kindergarten. She is more than ready for kindergarten and I would say even ready for first grade...shes' exceptionally intelligent (she was enrolled last year in a pre-scool program as well called Head start adn her teachers were unbelievablly impressed iwth her) The thing is, I, personally did not do well at all in school and my mother wasn't exactly involved--at least anymore than she had to be. So, I want to make sure that my daughter gets the right attitude about school (she already does, but I don't want her to lose it, as I've seen happen to other kids) What should I do in order to be more involved? How do I approach the teacher to let her know that I am interested in knowing the class curriculu so that I can work with her at home as well? Any advice will make the situation easier for me. I'm just not used to this. Shes' my oldest.

I want to change photos to make them look different, like on paintshop pro you can do artistic effects and stuff... anybody know anythin different?!
And also in the aly & aj video potential break up song, there is a part where it has there faces with pink white and yellow, it was a cool effect and i was wondering how you would do that without painting over without opaqueness, because it looses the photo quality!

I asked a question recently and used a Fox News link as a source. Several people said that Fox News says nothing but lies.

Hate to tell you people this, but Fox gets most of its news from the Associated Press. They feed the New York Times and other liberal newspapers as well.

So why do you dems have so much bullship about this? Here are the two story links.
