ok the story goes like this i am buying a surround sound 5.1 speaker for my computer does it matter what specification it has or do all 5.1 surround sound speaker have the same ability to achieve the same high volumes. and can they all be used in computer or do they have to be specifically made for computers

I been with him for 3 years & i really want to leave him so soooo bad but i am worried that i will feel so so sad & lonely & wont feel upto doing anything? I know I need to study more & be more focused on my career goals, but I can't break away from the computer. I always feel like I NEED to ask questions & get to know things. I don't even have a social life-not like I really had a social life outside anyway, but it's taking over my life, & I feel like this is a new sickness for me.

Also, it's hard for me to let go of eating unhealthy foods & trying to eat healthy. I feel like I can't break away from it.

This isn't an anti-Bush question.
I live in the UK. If a politician tried to interfere with a conviction or sentence passed by a court, let alone quash it - he'd be swept out of office.
Yet successive presidents seem to be able to squash convictions and jail terms for their friends; Clinton did it, Bush is now doing it and II'm sure previous presidents have done it as well.
Why isn't this causing outrage in America?
I though in America everyone was supposed to be nominally equal before the law? How can that veneer survive when your prospects of staying out of jail depend on how good a friend you are of the president of the day?
I am genuinely perplexed by this and I therefore ask this question in an effort to see what the views of ordinary American's are.
Note: Answers which are merely insulting of Bush and/or the UK are not helpful.

I just clicked on a link on a site and a new browser window opened at only about 60 percent the size of the original window. I could probably use something like this at some point and I'm curious to know how to do this. I browsed the source code and it looks like what I'm looking for would be in a separate CSS file. Is there an easy way to do this using javascript or is it recommended that a separate style sheet be used?
