mental. emotions and such are not so easy to heal. physical wounds can heal quite fast... and loss of spiritual direction is bad too, but mental is truly... tough to mend when broken.

I think they are all so closely intertwined that it would be difficult to say.... Everything mentioned has the capacity to heal and you cant heal one without the other...
