I cant help it. I feel its a waste of time but I cant get myself to do anything useful beside sitting n doing nothing. Blah.

Does daydreaming help WHAT? For most it helps pass the time in a useless manner. Meditation is the willful concentration on some object or thought. People also meditate to achieve peace and tranquility. Often times they will themselves to go blank. Type meditation into Yahoo! web search for a lot of meditation techniques.Wikipedia has a good summary.

Sounds like you have a lot on your mind...maybe try writing in a journal and see if that helps stop your daydreaming...My mind sometimes goes blank too I think it is normal.
