Hi there.
I have a space that I just rented to open a store. I want to have vendors under me that pay me a monthly fee to have their products in the store. My insurance agent says I have to have them get product liability insurance first. THey don't like that and I am losing prospective vendors. I need them because I don't have enough money to buy tons of inventory on my own.

So can someone help me? I need a paper they can sign stating that they release me of any responsibility if they're products hurt someone after I sell it.

I really can't afford a lawyer and am running out of time.
Thanks

If you've told your husband that you dreamed of being an at home mom, raising your kids, with a nice house...do you then complain and give your husband a hard time about what it takes to provide for that dream? When he says I have to work, do you complain about the extra hours and missed events at school or are these losses balanced by the fulfillment of living life as you wished?

Two straight railways converge to a level crossing at an angle α and two trains are moving towards the crossing with velocities u and v. If a and b are the intial distances of the trains from the crossing, show that their least distance apart will be:-
{(av-bu)sin α}/{(u^2+v^2-2uvcos α)^1/2}

He is very clever -- the only time he could possiblly be cheating is during the day when he is doing "field work"; he is a Project Manager and has to visit all the work sites. He has two cell phones (the second one is suppose to be for his project field work - but I have no access); I use to have access to the other cell phone details, but recently haven't been able to access them. Then there is the computer - I am an above average user and I work partly from home. Routinely I have to clean the house computer and I find things he has attempted to conceal (i.e. his profile with statements regarding our personal sex life); saved profiles of women 1/2 his age; and fore a most of 2006 and part of 2007 he had to work late the same night each week. Make me wonder about the annual trips for 3-5 days two times a year.

My cousin swears cows don't get to the weight of half a ton. But, and I'm going by my memory, but at the Michigan State Fair about 10-11 years ago, I witnessed the birth of a calf about 400 lbs (I think it was that weight) from a cow that weighed 1,000 lb (that weight I am positive of). Am I going crazy? Please tell me my cousin is wrong. Thank you, Dee

I was sitting in the wrong position for too long (out of necessity) and got a tensed muscle in my neck. This is day 3, and it is becomeing a real pain in the neck ;-)

I want to state right up front that for legitimate reasons we do not do MDs, prescription drugs or over the counter other than aspirin. So, those are not options, please don't suggest them. I'm 1 hour from my ND/Chiro and know it will eventually go away on its own, so hate to disrupt my daughter for 2 hours in the car.

I'm aware of the need for balanced pot/mag/cal, but am wondering if anyone knows any other good natural muscle relaxers that would hanging around the house I might use to loosen things up while it works itself out. I'm thinking an epsom salt bath would be good today, as well as heating up the rice pack and using it.

Any herbal teas that are natural muscle relaxants? I'm open to all suggestions other than get in the car in and drive 2 hours to see the doc and the obvious stated first.

My emotional well being is hanging by a thread. I am angry at the world and ate up with resentment toward my ex-husband, ex-boyfriend and bosses at work. I am in a constant state of anger during my waking hours and it just seems to be getting worse. I am really afraid of snapping and just don't where to turn.

I have come to the conclusion you cannot win in this category on Answers. If you answer a question regarding illegal immigration, the La Raza gang will jump on you and call you racist names (white sh*t, pendejo, etc.). And you end up being the one getting violation notices when you have not uttered one racist slur.
I am not going to bother with this category anymore. My freedom of speech has been taken away here and given over to the illegals.
I am going to double my effort in real life to make sure immigration reform really happens. I will be bugging my congressmen non-stop, and doing anything else I can. I will not lose my right of speech in the real world and especially in my own country. La Raza may control Answers, but not the US. Not now and not ever. So help me God and God bless America.

I was Rosemary Chicken, a name that comes from a joke among my friends. But I am not chicken. I will fight back, in a place where it really matters.

Ok so my bank talked me into apply for a credit card to avoid overdraft fees in my checking account. Well yesterday they cashed three checks, none of which I had the money for in my checking account. Instead of taking the money off my credit card, and there was $800 on the card, they charged me a $27 overdraft fee for each check and returned them. Now I have to pay my vet a $35 returned check fee for two checks and call a friend of mine to assure she's going to get her money from me. How should I take care of this, because I am very very mad. I want to yell and scream, but that doesn't always work.

Based on a brief question, 1 lady called herself, trying to diagnose me with Cluster B personality traits & narcissistic. No one has ever called me that before!

& I know I have low self-esteem & I'm depressed all the time, so how can she say that? She told me that just because I mentioned about how I don't like my mental health case manager being so intrusive in my life. I have a case manager because at our mental health clinic, everyone has to have a social worker (case manager) in order to see a psychiatrist.

There are so many things in this world that are proven to be totally chaotic and random or thatsound very unlikely, yet result in real, very ordered and beautiful outcomes. How can people see those, and not see that randomness is not abhorrent or destructive?
You want examples? OK...try these:
1. Snowflakes. These are chaotic...that's why you can never find two identical flakes (since the starting conditions are random for each flake). Yet; due to some very simple physical rules they all end up looking like snowflakes, and they're all beautiful.
2. The lottery. If the odds are a billion to one against, most religious people would say "You'd need a miracle to win - god would have to be involved somewhere".
I would say. "All you'd need for this to happen is a billion people...hardly a miracle".
The same with the universe. It can easily have been shaped through entirely random events..which may be incredibly unlikely to happen, but have had trillions of trillions of years to happen!

We have girls that share a room, I was thinking of getting them bunk beds to free up some space, instead of having two beds side by side in the room. The room isnt really big so thats why I was leaning more towards bunk bed's
I was a little concerned about them jumping from the top down. If you have had or have bed beds for your children what do you think of them?
