I was sitting in the wrong position for too long (out of necessity) and got a tensed muscle in my neck. This is day 3, and it is becomeing a real pain in the neck ;-)
I want to state right up front that for legitimate reasons we do not do MDs, prescription drugs or over the counter other than aspirin. So, those are not options, please don't suggest them. I'm 1 hour from my ND/Chiro and know it will eventually go away on its own, so hate to disrupt my daughter for 2 hours in the car.
I'm aware of the need for balanced pot/mag/cal, but am wondering if anyone knows any other good natural muscle relaxers that would hanging around the house I might use to loosen things up while it works itself out. I'm thinking an epsom salt bath would be good today, as well as heating up the rice pack and using it.
Any herbal teas that are natural muscle relaxants? I'm open to all suggestions other than get in the car in and drive 2 hours to see the doc and the obvious stated first.

Take Arnica 30 and Rhus Tox 30 both are homeopathic remedies and work the best in sprains, and injuries and cramps etc.
Best of Health Honey.
Nothing works like homeopathy.

"Simply how much would you bench?" In the event that you will be wealthy just buy getting a buck for each time some body asked you that! Make use of this program https://tr.im/G22Op in order to impress them.
How much do you benchis turned so important and this is why people are continually trying to improve their bench. Nothing feels as effective as adding still another menu to the bar when it's your turn to utilize the benchin your gym.
The Critical Bench program will allow you to enhance your benchwith the 5x5 technique. 5x5 method suggests you will do the same fat for 5 distributors of 5 sets. You wish to find a weight which will fatigue you by the final rep of the past set. This kind of education places great deal of stress on muscle tissue and they have nothing otherwise to do but respond and become stronger.

Dear Bellaj, I am so sorry to hear about your problems but to be honest, it seems you are suffering from Fibromyalgia. Please try and refrain from drugs, as they only make it worse. I started out with mild pain meds and now am on the strongest pain meds there are (opiates, etc. don't even cut it with me no longer); however, I have been diagnosed with a severe case of Fibromyalgia and MS, so it might just be a tad different from what you are experiencing. As someone has already suggested, you might want to consult a chiropractor. Getting adjusted may help aleviate your chronic back pain and HA. And yes, you must absolutely take some "mommy time". If you have family, ask them for help. Oh, and good job on quitting the smokes. Unfortunately, I smoked very little before and now have started to smoke daily. Very bad! Don't fall back on that. It only makes it worse, I know! Have you tried light exercise? That was a dumb question, I know. You have two little ones and must be up on your feet all the time. But I am talking about other forms of exercise, like floor exercises, where coupled with breathing exercise, you might be able to tackle some of the back/neck and HA pain. The worst thing you can do is to just "pop a pill" and hope it'll take care of it. It won't, it'll only make you want more and more. Your body will, unfortunately, become immune to them, thus you'll fall into a hellish cycle. Try and see a good Neurologist. A family physician, though you may trust him, isn't specialized in your type of symptoms. At night, after the little ones are down, try to take a nice relaxing warm bath with herbal additives. Chamomille and lavender come to mind. Top it off with a "sleepy time tea" that you want to drink as hot as possible in little sips. If I can be of further help, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am disabled due to the severity of Fibromyalgia and available most times. I made it my mission to try and help others as there isn't much more that can be done for me. I am the mother of a wonderful teenage son, whom is my reason for living. Children are a true gift from God, even if they are stressful. Hoping that I was able to help some, I remain with kindest regards, MsB.

Natural muscle relaxer is warmth.
I recommend 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off, and put IcyHot on the muscle that is affected. The mentol will also help relax the spasm.
Hope this helps
