♥ Yes I actually go through that quite often. I am so exhausted & soo sleepy but as soon as I hit the bed its like I'm wide awake.... Try getting up and doing something that makes you sleepy and as soon as you begin getting sleepy go ahead and lay down. Put your hand on your tummy and feel it rise & fall as you breath. It's supposed to be relaxing. Good Luck!

I have had the same problem. I found all the caffeine I drank during the day kept me up at night. You need to break the cycle. Try to stop drinking caffeine around noon. Plan on going to bed early regardless of how early that is. Then once you get some sleep, you'll need less caffeine during the next day. Then, get into a routine and you'll feel better.

Yea, totaly. Or when you get enough "hours" of sleep but you're still EXAUSED. get that alot too.
I've gone a week like that. NOT fun for the people who've never had this.
