My emotional well being is hanging by a thread. I am angry at the world and ate up with resentment toward my ex-husband, ex-boyfriend and bosses at work. I am in a constant state of anger during my waking hours and it just seems to be getting worse. I am really afraid of snapping and just don't where to turn.

Hey,
You conquered the first step, pat yourself on the back, you asked for help.
lets start with something funny...
"resentments are like peeing your pants, they do not affect anyone like they affect you."
It sounds like you are letting them control you. you are letting them have the power to "make" you angry. LET GO! Live and let live. make a list of what you are powerless over and LET IT GO!
make a gratitude list. this helps me to feel happy and blessed of what i do have:) if anything it will make you smile, even for just a minute.

all this is sooooo much easier to say then to do,

2 sayings that i read when i feel this way...
"Letting fo is not do adjust everything to my own desires, but to take each day as it comes and cherish myself in it"

"Letting go is not to criticize and regulate anybody, but thry to become what i dream i can be"

Hi lynne ,I believe ur possibly hanging round wrong people for a start.U need to start being around more positive people and this needs to start with u.If u hate ur job that much leave if u can.U need to create a better life for yourself.Have u ever considered writing all your angry thoughts down on paper till u cant right no more?Then do this as many times as required then get rid of it by burning it while asking universe what u need to make u happy and heal.Also take up jogging and release your anger in a positive way.If ur having major problems with men maybe u need to do some soull searching and take time out on ur own for a while.U need to take good care of yourself and do things that make u happy.Also if u get real desperate u can ring a phone counselling line such as crisis care,womens health care-house,house and they can refer u to appropriate counselling services in your area.Also I would talk to ur doctor if you are feeling depressed .Goodluck!

You definitely need a therapist or you will be consumed by so much hatred. They can help you get back on track and look for the positives in life rather than the negatives. You can't be fun to be around for others either and so the cycle will keep repeating until you get some help.

scream then let it go,because it will eat you up inside.pray for help and try to find a way to solve your differences with those involved.if that does not work,cut your ties with these people. and move on.try to be compassionate and calm when you talk to them or you will make matters worse.good luck
