And she said she didn't want any money or anything if we did it privately just a happy nice family for the baby. So all I would have to do is get a lawyer to sign the rights of the baby over to me when it is born correct??

I purchased portraits from a company back in May, and they were to take the money out in two installments. They take money out a few times a month since May...well past the amount of my purchase...do I need to take them to court or what?

I have a friend who is bipolar, on medication, but unable to work at this time and I am attempting to help her. She applied for disability benefits from the state but was denied. ( which is not that unusual for the first or second time) I then took her to an atty and that was Dec 3,2006 and atty has done nothingproductive so far. How long should it take an atty to come up with some answers from the state? Texas Thank you..

i just answered and read replys to a question that read "why do black people always start fights in school??" some of the answers to me are racist and ignorant. My fiancee overstayed his Visa and we currently cannot get married in the state we reside because it is expired, we cannot even get his name added to the birth certificate for our daughter. We have begun talking to a lawyer and have tried looking into doing things here, but if it's impossiable for us to get married here, we are thinking about going to his country and trying to do it from his country. This is causing an emmense strain between the two of us because of the worrying of keeping our family together. If anyone can help I thank you in advance.

Am I the only one who is sick of Princess Diana? She died 10 years ago...tragically, yes but do we have to continue making movies about her and TV shows? She wasn't even that great of a princess. In my mind she was a bit dumb. Is there anyone who shares my views on this?

I have had my ears pierced since I was 14. About 15 years ago, I developed a metal allergy and couldn't wear anything including gold and surgical steel. My sister mentioned that it is likely the nickel alloy in the surgical steel that I'm having trouble with. I have been to a number of stores, but nothing is marked No Nickel. How do I find earings without it?

Oh, yea, and this allergy is the reason why I can't have staples when they do surgery.
