I work for a bank.
Question - how are they accessing your acct? If through your debit card, call the 800 number on the back of the card and dispute. If its via your ac#, go to your nearest branch and fill out a fraud affidavit.
Your bank branch will help you out to determine how they are charging you.
Hurry up. There is a time limit for how long u have to file.

Talk to your bank and make sure they know not to release the money. If necessary, close the account and put your money in a new bank. The form you signed should have set the limits of what the company could take. If the bank has a copy of the form they are at fault. Go to Small Claims Court for the back money, suing either the bank or the company or both..

You need to go down to your bank and talk to them. Tell that the particular company only had permission to withdraw money two times but they have done it X number of times.
Tell them that this particular company is not allowed to withdraw any more money from your account.
Sometimes the bank can get the money back. If it has been too long a time for the bank to recall the funds. Then call the company and tell them that you have put a stop on all payments to them that as of now you have paid X amount of money too much.
You many have to show them copies of our bank statements to prove that there has been a error. If this is not a fly by night company they will correct the error. It most likely is a clerical error and not an attempt of fraud.

First--call them. If you've tried this to no avail, write them...if they continue....report them to the Better Business Bureau!!keep a copy of the correspondence and then sit down with someone from your bank. This actually happened to me once when AOL wouldn't stop taking money out of my account 12 months after I cancelled my membership!! I ended up having to close one account and open a new one (at the same bank)....you may have to get a new debit/credit card issued as well. It is best not to pay for things this way.(by giving out either your account number and/or your debit card number..it seems convenient but as you see: can cause major problems..especially with all of the fraud going on...and believe me, it is not going away anytime soon!! Good Luck! BTW: The bank will not just "stop" the automatic debits from coming out...they will undoubtedly tell you that you need to contact the company who has the authorization..

Yeah, take it up with the bank. If they allowed an unauthorized transaction, they are liable on a warranty theory.
But put everybody on notice. Get all of your reciepts etc. and be able to show how much extra they took out. Then take it up with the bank as well as the studio. The good part about banking law is that it makes everything very easy to trace. So, if you don't recover the amount you are out, it is because you didn't try.

1st - call your bank and have them return the money to you.
2nd - call your bank and have them block this company from your account.
3rd - call the police, file a theft complaint
or
3rd - call the company and demand an immediate refund of all money they took over the amount owed - say within 5 days - or you will go to the police for theft anyways.
Don`t wait too long - act now!

If you do, you'll get your money back, plus some. In the meantime, I would close the account and start a new one. It's a hassle, but they won't be able to touch it. This is why I stay away from those "automatic" payments. They never seem to know when to stop.

first of all you need to write the company a certified letter demanding they cease this activity, you also need to go to your bank and talk to them and get them to stop allowing this automatic withdrawel form your account then you may want to contact an attorney. I hope you have all the documents in this case and that you can show them as evidence.

You should be able to go to the bank and have their authority to withdrawl from your account revoked.
The first thing to do would be to call the company though and ask why they are still withdrawling money. It could be you still owe them something for interest or a monthly membership fee or something.
