If I had a 100% loan for $100,000 and made $20,000 worth of home improvements within the first year, can I get my lender to cancel PMI?

Return my e-mails?? This is how the story goes I had a bracelet up for sale on eBay and right before it ended he had e-mailed me and asked me what I ship it to Russia with a $500 Western Union Money transfer. I was not able to get back to him before the auction ended. He said that that was okay and he would still buy the bracelet, a money transfer, and give me $200 for my services plus any other fees and shipping charges. I sent him a detailed invoice with a list of charges which added up to a little over $800. A couple days after that he sent me a little over $700 through PayPal and I wrote him back telling him that that was not the price I had sent to him in the invoice. Now he is not returning my e-mails and I still have the money in my PayPal account. What do I do with it? I have every one of the e-mails that he has sent me even the one where he agreed to pay the price on the invoice. Do I have any legal rights to keep the money? I went to a lot of trouble to find out all the fees and everything else he asked me to do. I feel like I deserve something out of all of this. Please help! Thanks!

The only places i see that are somewhat affordable are Mobile homes, but none have much of a yard. Are there affordable (Under $100K)rural areas anymore in Southern California? Thanks!

I manage a drive-in movie theatre so I am very aware of what time it's dusk during the summer season. Over the entire summer, dusk time changed by no more than a few minutes from week to week. However, a few weeks ago I was at the drive-in on Sunday night at about 8:45 and it was just barely dark enough to start the movie. By the following Friday (5 days later) it was suddenly dark enough by about 8:20.

Can anyone shed some light on why dusk time would change so drastically in just a few days when it normally only changes by 5 minutes over a week. Could it has something to do with the sun's position relative to a distant mountain range or something similar?

For what it's worth, I live in northern California about 3 hours north of the Bay Area.

i'm 144 pounds 2 years ago i was 110, but with my first son pregnancy i gain from 110 to 135 then right away i got pregnant again with my 2nd son i went from 135 to 147, i get depress alot and cry so much, since people are always calling me names, i never had extra weight before but since i got pregnant things change. i'm 5'1 and overweight , i'm sick of being tease, i done everything from starving my self (very stupid cuz makes me even more hungry, so i regret it,) to running everymorning and taking pills and still i wont loose weight my smallest son is 9 months i should've been in 115 by now, could someone help me before i burst of depression. and plzz no avertisement im seriously broooooke. i can't buy not even a pair of pants for my kids.

never quite figured out why the sexual urge of men and women differ so much. And I never have figured out the whole Venus and Mars thing. I have never figured out why men think with their head and women with their heart.

FOR EXAMPLE One evening last week, my girlfriend and I were getting into bed. Well, the passion starts to heat up, and she eventually says "I don't feel like it, I just want you to hold me."

I said "WHAT????!!! What was that?!" So she says the words That every boyfriend on the planet dreads to hear..."You're just not in Touch with my emotional needs as a woman enough for me to satisfy your physical needs as a man."

She responded to my puzzled look by saying, "Can't you just Love me for who I am and not what I do for you in the bedroom?" Realizing that nothing was going to happen that night, I went to sleep. The very next day I opted to take the day off of work to spend time with her.

We went out to a nice lunch and then went shopping at a big, big unnamed department store. I walked around with her while she tried on several different very expensive outfits. She couldn't decide which one to take so I told her we'll just buy them all. She wanted new Shoes to compliment her new clothes, so I said lets get a pair for each outfit. We went onto the jewelry department where she picked out a pair of diamond earrings. Let me tell you...she was so excited. She must have thought I was one wave short of a shipwreck. I started to think she was testing me because she asked for a tennis bracelet when she doesn't even know how to play tennis. I think I threw her for a loop when I said, That's fine, honey." She was almost nearing sexual satisfaction from all of the excitement.

Smiling with excited anticipation she finally said, "I think this is all dear, let's go to the cashier." I could hardly contain myself when I blurted out, "No honey, I don't feel like it." Her face just went completely blank as her jaw dropped with a baffled "WHAT???!!!" I then said, "Really honey! I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while.You're just not in touch with my financial needs as a man enough for me to satisfy your shopping needs as a woman." And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me, I added, "Why can't you just love me for who I am and not for the things I buy you?"

Apparently I'm not having sex tonight either.
