You need to try to make the payments yourself until you can get a court order to have the money garnished from his wages. I learned the hard way that finance companies don't give a hoot about divorce orders. They go after whoever is on the deed. If you can't pay the amount call the finance company and work out some type of plan. Trust me, in these times with the housing market so low, the finance company doesn't want to foreclose. You have to be at least 30 days behind before they will turn it against your credit. Don't forget to have your lawyer ask that your ex repay you all the money you have had to pay, plus the penalties and interest.

you can sue all you want, but the bottom line is that you are going to lose your home and ruin your credit if SOMEONE does not pay the mortgage. the mortgage company is not bound by your divorce decree. they will ruin your credit and take your home if the payments are not made. contact your attorney asap and begin to try and salvage your home and credit or sell it before it goes to foreclosure. the last thing you want on your record is a foreclosure

Take him back to court for contempt of court.
He will do anything he can to destroy you. I was in out of court so many times. Since he was the one causing all the problems I won to have all court and attorney fees paid by him.
His wages could be garnished for the payments
Talk to an attorney
