The weight you lose in a sauna is only water and if you drink plenty of water it will be replaced quickly, the benefit of a sauna is to open pores and sweat out the blocked pores and get rid salt and can detox the skin etc

its water weight. period. a sauna helps to get rid of water in the body and maybe toxins built up. but its all hooey. to really lose weight, u need to diet and exercise

but gee doesn't it feel good!

any weight loss is a good feeling. lose safely and healthy.

changing one's eating habits, intake and exercise are key to losing weight and keeping it off.
