i'm 144 pounds 2 years ago i was 110, but with my first son pregnancy i gain from 110 to 135 then right away i got pregnant again with my 2nd son i went from 135 to 147, i get depress alot and cry so much, since people are always calling me names, i never had extra weight before but since i got pregnant things change. i'm 5'1 and overweight , i'm sick of being tease, i done everything from starving my self (very stupid cuz makes me even more hungry, so i regret it,) to running everymorning and taking pills and still i wont loose weight my smallest son is 9 months i should've been in 115 by now, could someone help me before i burst of depression. and plzz no avertisement im seriously broooooke. i can't buy not even a pair of pants for my kids.

i eat 2 times a day and i could promise you very small meals no lie however i dont gain or loose.

there is your problem- you dont eat enough so slow down your metabolism, lose muscle and keep gaining fat/increasing body fat percentage.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), weight training a few days a week but never work on the same muscle group two days in a row (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I think you are going about it all wrong. You are trying gimmicks and I don;t think 2 small meals a day are going to help. It's going to tell your body that oyu are starving and it will react to that by holding on to weight. I suggest that either you start attending weight watcher meetings or find a good plan that is sensible. No pills, no gimmicks, no quick fixes. If you would have done it smart 9 months ago, you would proballybe there by now. I think you need to start by helping your metabolism. 5 or 6 small meals a day with as much exercise as you can get in, I know that is hard with 2 kids running around. Make wise choices. I have found that getting in your dairy and your fiber is HUGE in getting and keeping weight off!!

you have two kids and cant even afford to buy them pants? i'd give up your kids then. And who do you live with, or where do you live that people make fun of you like that? I've never heard of such a thing. I'd give up your kids to the state so they can find someone who can properly take care of them. Then i'd work on yourself. I think you've got bigger problems you need to be addressing other than your weight right now. Like your kids!

go on the all butter diet. trust me, it really does work. i went from 1,200 lbs to 1,199 pounds in 3 months! do it, it really does work! =)
