My daughters 12 year old cat just was diagnosed and its heartbreaking. We had to take him home from the vet because of the long weekend and the hospital that we could have taken him to is too expensive. I am afraid that we will lose him. She leaves for college tomorrow and this is just overwhelming. Any advice on what to do?

I'm sure I'm going to catch a great deal of flak for this question, esecially from the Rangers and Oilers fans. However, it has to be asked. The inspiration for my question comes from an earlier question asked by someone a couple weeks ago comparing Steve Yzerman and Mark Messier.

While Messier was a great player, do we as hockey fans tend to overrate him? After all, he gets lauded for basically having a great series in 1994 when he guaranteed a Game Six win the the Eastern finals against New Jersey (and scored a hat trick in the process). Yzerman on the other hand, is often overlooked in circles because he spent his entire career with one city that really didn't become a dominant hockey power until the last decade of his career. Was it a New York thing that left Messier with a more favorable position in our minds, or is the hype surrounding his leadership skills warranted? In other words, is the legend of Mark Messier overrated?

This was a movie I saw a long time ago. There's a guy. His father invents a machine that can increase or decrease the age of a person. He accidently switches it on and increases his age. Then he takes the place of his principal in his school and romances his teacher. Finally its his teacher who becomes his classmate by reducing her age. Remember the name of the movie? I rented a single family home in a gated community in South Florida, my decision to rent this house was mainly because of the nice community pool and ammenities. According to the realtor the community pool was getting ready in 2 weeks(this is a new community), I am living in the house for 6 months, the pool isn't ready and the summer is over. I sent a letter to the landlord giving the notice explaining why I wanted to terminate the lease and I gave him 2 months notice. Today I received a letter from the landlord's lawyer saying I can't leave because the house is in perfect condition. If I leave I would have to pay the remaining months of rent...I am trying to find the statue of Florida between tenant/landlord and can't find anything specific for community amenities where the lease can be terminated because of the community pool/ammenities. I have 3 kids and they are very frustrated because of it(well me too). HELP!! I can't afford a lawyer.

This is annoying. If you look anyware you'll see lots of questions asking if it's gross or illigal to date men in there 20's when there like 15. These girls are so stupid.

1) your putting the guy you "love" in danger of going to jail.

2) This guy might not even care about you but just cares about your body.

3) The guy is obviusly a loser if he'll go out with a 15 year old. That means he can't get anyone his age. How pathetic.
And for some reason you girls take them anyway probably becuase you'll take any man thats older that you can take.

Just date guys your age and stop being so stupid..
...and your making it harder for us younger guys.

Why do you guys think they do this? My ideas are above. And did anything like this happen to you or a friend?

So I absolutely love enchiladas but I'm a vegetarian. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good veggie chicken I can shred up and use instead of real meat. Also, is there such a thing as cheap vegan cheese? All I've ben able to find is a pack of like five slices for $3. That's way too expensive for me.

I ask because I had i for a while but now have started to feel a little better. However, my partner, who was very strong and supportive of me, has now gone the other way and is finding it difficult to cope.
