Depends if the rest of my family know that I only have one more day to enjoy !!!
If I am the only person to know I would probably carry on as usual, trying to put things in order for the remaining family members. I might write a few letters to family and friends to let them know how much I treasured their friendship/company and love. Finally I might eat a WHOLE bar of chocolate. Something I have never done, despite the fact that I could eat probably two in one sitting.

First I would hug and kiss my kids and family, then I would look through all my old photo albums, and remember all the best days, I would then write a letter to my children telling them how great and wonderful it has been to be their mother, and that I will always love them, then I would buy bottle of really good champagne and drive to the beach and sit and sip until my last hour.

I would spend every minute of the day with my husband and son, I would spend some of the day with my mom and siblings as well.
I would write a letter for my husband and one for my son so they would have something to physically keep with them to remind them how much I adore them.
I would have someone take lots of photos of us together as well.

i would go to mexico with my whole family and spend time over there in our homeland. while we were there we would live like if it was a regular day but with more fun. i probably would go vist my family on my dad's side. plain and simple.
