I ask because I had i for a while but now have started to feel a little better. However, my partner, who was very strong and supportive of me, has now gone the other way and is finding it difficult to cope. My angel is 3 months old now and he is having a real wobble about everything, from her sleeping to her waking up in night etc. He is short tempered and annoyed all the time. Its just not him

Annoyed all the time... short tempered...

Sounds like you have children...

Lack of sleep, stress... most likely.

Parenthood can be a shock to the system for both mothers and fathers.

It gets better - once they're over the 3 month mark, things settle down a bit and they don't cry so much.

Just try to keep to a routine and grit your teeth until your baby is a few weeks older. The first 3 months are the worst in my experience. Tiny babies yell so much it drives anybody to distraction!

If he has a job and have to get up a certain time every morning he will feel it more than you do. My hubby was such a sneak , he took two weeks leave to stand by me [ i knew nothing about babies] and once i got the hang of bathing her etc he used to wake me up by touching me with his foot when she cried and then pretended he was sleeping , snoring away. Then one night i was awake already and caught him out red-handed, he actually felt stupid, hehehehe.
