I know that I could count to 10 at the age of 2 but I am not sure if that is the average or not

the age for a child to start to count to five is about the age 3 to 4 years old

2 to 3 my daughter is 5 and she can count past 100

My 4 yr old can count 100 and further and has started adding and subtracting. He also has been spelling 3 letter words. I think that should be the norm for a child that age but it may not be.

I'm not sure. My son just turned 3 (8/18) and he can count to forty. I can't remember exactly but I know he was counting to 10 before he was 22 months.

my one nephew was 3 before he could count to 5.
My other nephew is 2 and counts to 5.

It really all depends on the child.

Normally 4 is a good year for numbers. But if you re home schooled 10 seem like the average right age...
