Hello!

I've just read that hyperventilation can be a cause for panic attacks, and an effect of deep breathing. On the other hand, in all relaxation techniques deep breathing is an important element. So, how come a core element of relaxation techniques can actually trigger you a panic attack? Am I missing something here?

I also know that people with anxiety disorder are encouraged to try to relax but, won't this lead to hyperventilation, trigger a panick attack and enter into an endless vicious circle?

I live in California and have been getting threatening letters from a business regarding bill collection. The bills were paid and I have documents to prove this. I have contacted them many times but I am beyond the point of trying to talk to them. I want the harassment to stop. What should I do?

Following up on an earlier question I posted, I thought I would ask this one:

Throught the league's history, players come in with enormous hype and promise. Some of them live up to it in grand fashion (a couple of Canadian kids named Gretzky and Lemieux, and of course I'm referring to Brent and Alain!), and some join the masses of "What ever happened to...".
