They don't run warrants for you on any airline unless you make a scene. I have been through airports when they actually wanted to talk to me in the worst way and there were no problems.
If this is small time the easiest way to avoid this is to just pay off the warrant!
But the airports just don't have the time to run every ones record these days. The squeaky wheel gets greased. Don't squeak!

If you do anything to attract the attention of security while there and they do a check on you then yes.
If you mind your manners and own business and go on your way they may not bother you unless you come up on a no fly list or a watch list.
