I have a girlfriend, and when she is on her period she will get mad at me and just doing things that are off. She gets frustrated and upset..and stops talking..but she will say she is not on a mood swing..
Is she really not on a mood swing..or is she just not aware that she is on one??

Just found out that I have a $600 bill collectors have been after for 7 years (actually my husbands). He tells me that after 7 years it will be cleared off his record. yes, but they are just going to write his bill off for taxes and write it into his credit report. I keep telling him he needs to pay it off before then. My question is, would it matter on paying it off or just having them sign it off? We don't have this extra $600 laying around. I just don't see the system putting it your report and not having penalties. Can some one please point me in the right direction so I can finally start getting his credit in line.

If you are able to send me to a link so I can read for myself and show my husband it can/can't hurt his score that would be extra helpful.

first husband was my dad an alcoholic,2nd husband was a cheating alcoholic,3rd was a control freak but i liked him,we all have our faults,well they just got a divorce and she started dateing,she was dateing men that have money,she has money,well thats just not her type i guess cuz she found a guy that she really likes and hes BROKE,not goodlooking at all,im just worried that shes gonna marry the wrong guy again,and hes going to take everything she has,shes soo happy and its nice to see her that way cuz she deserves it,will that last??,i dont say to much about it cuz its her business,but my brothers and i have become really protective,were sick of seeing her getting taken advantage of and getting hurt,,anyone have any advice?? should i say something to her??i dont reallywanna give this new guy a chance unless i know that hes sincere,so id have to get to know him,and would it b wrong if i kept my sons grandfather my stepfather that she divorced in my life???

We have a friend who is a Pastor and before he surrendered to the ministry, he and his family, got into a lot of debt. Some was his fault while some was a matter of circumstance. He is a really good person, but I was wandering if its okay for a Pastor to file bankrupcy. I know that the Lord says to pay your debts, but what if your debt is extremly out of hand with no way to make the monthly payments. Would you still consider him a man of God and should he let the church know?

A series of robberies and murders was occurring in a city. In three of these robberies, the robber staked out small businesses and after obtaining cash, shot the owner. There were no live witnesses to the crimes, no videos of the crime, and no fingerprints or DNA evidence.

In a fourth robbery, the owner of a small grocery store was critically wounded but was alive and conscious enough to give an excellent description of the perpetrator. He then clearly identified the man from a photo array. Because of the critical condition of the victim, an immediate preliminary hearing was scheduled after the suspect was arrested and charged.

The judge, the defense lawyer, and the prosecutor (with other court attendants) conducted the preliminary hearing in the hospital room of the victim in the presence of the defendant. Pain medication was withheld for a day from the victim at his request. The victim again clearly identified the defendant as the robber and responded to cross-examination by
