In a house that I'm buying (both from scratch) and I wanted to know what I should purchase (other than the appliances themselves)? We're going to get a contractor friend to do it, but I guess what I'm asking is if there are there bundled wires or connections that I should plan on buying at the same as the the appliances, or do they typically come with those?

I want to sell a 1982 Mobile home. It's a 12 x 68. It's basically completely gutted out. Nothing left in there. It pretty much needs to be completely redone on the inside, but the structure is still good. Outside just needs to be pressure washed. What could I sell it for or is there a website where I can get a general idea of what it's worth?

I'm doing a lot for the wedding, too, like hosting the rehearsal dinner - I got suckered into that by being a "nice guy." I feel like it's not worth it & I'm ready to pull the plug on the dinner.
