It depends why the license was revoked. If it was revoked for DUI, the penalty is jail time even if you were sober at the time you drove on the revoked licensed. If the original conviction was anything else, the penalty is a fine. The amount is up to the judge's discretion. You will have to wait longer to get your license back if you get convicted of drinving while revoked.

Depends on the Judge and the circumstances at the time you got caught. Since he knows that not having a license will not keep you from driving, he will probably hit your wallet heavy. Could also give you time in jail to think about your decision to drive while revoked. Past violations will also influence his decisions.
