I want to sell a 1982 Mobile home. It's a 12 x 68. It's basically completely gutted out. Nothing left in there. It pretty much needs to be completely redone on the inside, but the structure is still good. Outside just needs to be pressure washed. What could I sell it for or is there a website where I can get a general idea of what it's worth?

Alot of Negative Nancy's today I see! I just called the bank & they said the value of a 1982-12x68 is almost $6000, if it's livable, which this one isn't, but I could at least get $3000 for it. And I just moved it from its old location, it's structurally sound.

Not really sure but you could call a dealership or an appraiser to get the best deal.

Its worth less than nothing. Its a single wide and over 20 years old and gutted. You will have to pay to have it removed and taken to the dump. And it may cost you a couple of thousand of dollars to get rid of it. Thats why they give away houses that have to be moved when a new Hwy goes in. The cost to move it could be more than $3000 and you said the bank said it is worth $6000 in average conditon (that may be true) but the cost to rebuild the interior could be $20,000. Who in their right mind spend all this money for a 20 year old , gutted mobile home. Moving costs, power, water, set-up fee, permits, septic system and redo the interior. You are not going to redo the interior for $3000. Dream on girl.

Depends on where it's located, but my guess is that if you can find someone to take it away, you'll be doing good.

Mobile homes that old are going to have structural problems. It's also built to different specifications and really doesn't come close to current manufactured home standards. It's worth even less if the inside is completely gutted.

The cost of tear down, putting on axles and hitches (does it even have functional axles and a hitch?), tires, and dealing with whatever obstacles to get a truck hooked up, will be more than it's worth. Most professional mobile home movers probably won't touch it due to age and lack of roadworthiness.

You're probably going to have to pay someone to tear it apart and haul it off in pieces.

A 25 year old mobile home, without being gutted, has no value. You really simply need to figure out how much it will cost to haul it away to become landfill. No one would be able to get a loan to pay you with, this is a liability, not an asset.

start a profit like buy a house for cheap fix it up and sell it for more than it worth first you need to look for a cheap house get a loan from the bank pay for it fix it up sell it it will take a while maybe then you can pay the bank back and still have money in your pocket and you can keep on doing this and become rich i no ppl that do this...or you can but the land and build the house and do the rest (above)..
