I have a girlfriend, and when she is on her period she will get mad at me and just doing things that are off. She gets frustrated and upset..and stops talking..but she will say she is not on a mood swing..
Is she really not on a mood swing..or is she just not aware that she is on one??

Yeah It does seem like when I bring it up she denys it and gets more upset..so I guess I shouldn't bring it up..
So then if that is the case what should I do?? What should I talk about??

Sounds like a mood swing. Honestly, we do know when we're having them...we just don't like for men to point it out to us. Just go with the flow (no pun intended)...be aware of when she has her period and learn to deal with the fact that she's a little moody. But, for heaven's sake, don't bring it up!

Just because she's PMSing or hormonal doesn't mean she doesn't have a good reason to be upset. Calling it a "mood swing" is dismissive and implies that she has no right to be upset at all - certainly she may be reacting stronger than is necessary, but she may still have a legitimate grievance, and you should show respect to that.
So the answer is yes, maybe, but it shouldn't matter.

girls get mood swings and usally they can't tell the difference and if i was a girl and my boyfriend tells me that i'm having mood swings or that i'm on my period b/c that's just gonig to make her more upset.

SHES JUST SAYING THAT. IM THE SAME WAY. SOMETIMES WE JUST DONT LIKE TO ADMIT WE HAVE MOOD SWINGS. THERES ALSO TIMES THAT I DONT RELIZE IT.
