Yes, pretty much all universities require you to send a transcript where your AP classes will show up. Also, many applications have a section where you can list all the AP/honors courses you took.

Also, if you took the AP exams for the class, then you will be given the option of sending these scores directly to any college of your choice.

So don't worry. Someway or another colleges will find out.

Your high school transcript is required for college or university admission, and it should show whether a class was considered an AP or honors class.

Most colleges or universities let you submit a "personal statement" with your application. You can tell them anything that might not be reflected in the application, your transcript or your test scores. If you're providing reference letters too, you can ask teachers to identify that their classes were at honors/AP level.
