I banged my wrist up pretty bad about 2 days ago. It's swollen and brused, as would be expected. I'm not sure if I just sprained it or if there could be a fracture or something of that nature. I'm just curious if there's anything I could do to see if there is a more serious problem than just a sprain. I just don't want to I spend 4 hrs. waiting in the emergency room if they're just going to give me extra strength asprin because it's a bad bruise.

I just got a tattoo and my family doesn't like it at all. They think that they are trashy. I was just wondering if other people feel the same way.
Oh, and it's a small heart tattoo on my hip where no one can see it.

Hi!
I was wondering what are some good sports for a 13 year old girl to do in order to stay healthy and in shape?
It's just that she recently quit ballet, because of a hectic schedule and I wanted to know if there are some good sports that she can do that don't require too much time during the week, in order to stay in shape!

I hear that if a computer on a network gets infected by a virus, worm, etc., it could affect the entire system.

In my case it is two computers on the network, desktop by way of wired in, and laptop wireless. Am I right that if these two computers do not interact with each other, the above problem would not be the case.

Am I right that the interaction between the wirless laptop, is only with the router, and not the desktop

Going to san diego in october and we already booked a room here. They said it was newly renovated and i asked for one of those rooms and they said it had an ocean view. I know its a best western so i'm assuming it looks like any other one. Has anyone stayed there is it crappy and a waste of money?

There was this couple that was married for 20 years, and every time they had sex the husband always insisted on shutting off the lights.

Well, after 20 years the wife felt this was stupid.

She figured she would break him out of the crazy habit.

So one night, while they were in the middle of doing it, she turned on the lights. She looked down and saw her husband was holding a rampant rabbit. She gets completely upset.

"You impotent b@ stard," she screamed at him, "how could you be lying to me all of these years? You'd better explain yourself!"



The husband looks her straight in the eyes and says, calmly... "I'll explain the rabbit if you explain the kids!"

My boyfriend graduated as an Animal Vet major w/ a 3.35 GPA. He has lots of volunteer hours and extra curricular's...I think he has a little bit of leadership experience. He hasn't had a job in 3 years, so he cannot get a letter of recommendation from an employer. All together, he is afraid of being underqualified. Should he be searching for another job in the meantime?

the ipcc based their decision (that global warming is real) off thirty years of global warming, and the warming during that period was mere tenths of a centigrade. the earth has been shown to go through periods of warming exceeding the minute amounts of tenths of a centigrade, therefore the temperature raising that little does not serve as evidence for global warming.

take note how the anamoly in 1860 was -.4, and now the anamoly is +.4. 1860 is LONG after the industrial revolution began, and long after people starting pumping CO2 in the air -- so why was the temperature DOWN in those years? it's down because the earth goes through cycles, same as now. it gets warmer, then cooler.

I was thinking I should change the spelling of my name, which was recorded as "asma" (in french) to "essma" (the right way to pronoune it) , so that professors and other people stop calling me aZma.. the thing is I'm only here for another year (I will graduate next year hopefully) then I will go back home. I might come back to America later on but that's an option, and I'm not sure.. My name is making me a bit too concious and embarassed, especially the first day of class when professors read the attendance sheet (the university refuses to change anything in the spelling) or when someone has to read from a legal paper I always have to put up with surprised faces and looks and sometimes with immature kids in college who just laugh at it very openly... but in the same time the hassle is just not encouraging me to do this.. I don't know what to do..
