Hi!
I was wondering what are some good sports for a 13 year old girl to do in order to stay healthy and in shape?
It's just that she recently quit ballet, because of a hectic schedule and I wanted to know if there are some good sports that she can do that don't require too much time during the week, in order to stay in shape!
