I prefer sixteen, but have no concrete reason. One hundred sixty-eight is sort of long and hard to say, though.

But take care, be aware that 16 is and will always be a teen number, it'll never grow up.

Well, 168 may imply an age too. Like 168 months
Anyway, no law prevents anyone from living up to 168 years.
