She is working on the scripts for movies 6 and 7. She would have to think of a new super villain to write more books in the Harry Potter world.

You might be talking about that comment made by this Scottish writer Ian Rankin who said that she saw Jo Rowling writing a detective novel in a cafe. It was debunked later. Rankin himself said that it was just "a joke that got out of hand."
But she said that she might write an encyclopedia of the wizarding world where she'll detail everything. Though I don't think that's in the near future since she said she's going to take a break from writing.

No, she's going to work on another project. But she is writing a Harry Potter Encyclopedia, but the story is finished.

i was told she might start a mystery novel series. but she might make a clean up of harry potter. (how his life goes after words) so just take a look and wait is what i have to say. i still have to cetch up on my reading i am only on the forth book!!! LOL

She has said that she MIGHT write sort of a encyclopedia, clearing up the epilouge, and character backgrounds that she left out. It has been rumored that shee is writing a crime novel, but her publistist said she is taking a well deserved break from writing. So currently she is not, but she might.

no she is not deathly hallows was the seveth and last book in the harry potter series to date. however should she in the future like to reopen that closed saga i'm sure the world wouldn't mind.

No. She is in Scotland visiting cafes and writing a detective story. That is where she used to write chapters of the HP books, in cafes in Scotland and now she is working on a detective story, because according to her, she always wanted to write a detective story.
