My hair is wavy. I have Feria hair color and also previously used to use a flat iron daily on my hair. This caused a good amount of damage--breakage, split ends and frizz.

I've had several trims since then. The breakage has stopped and the split ends are gone; however, my hair is still frizzy and not as shiny as I would like.

I've gotten a consultation for Thermal Reconditioning, and the hairstylist felt that my hair was healthy enough to have it.

Has anyone done T.R. on damaged hair? How were the results. Since straight hair reflects light better will my hair look healthy/shiny afterwards? I figure there is no use getting it if my hair is going to look fried and dull afterwards. However, the uneven waves drive me nuts and I would do anything to have it straight!!

It seems everything (especially University socialising) revolves around getting drunk. I'm not really into the whole getting drunk thing, and I'm wondering if my University life will be affected, as most people socialise in situations based on alcohol. Am I just being paranoid?

The situation:

Bf and I are on a break. It started this morning. It was his idea. He believes I distance myself from him physically,emotionally,sexually,mentally,etc.. and says he feels alone in the relationship. I understand I've been doing this, Im going through extreme anxiety problem...Hes fed up bc i havent seen a dr yet and dont take meds for it.

He says he loves me but is not in love with me right now, bc of how I have treated him..(??? honestly, Im a really good gf..i think its a cop out)

anyways, I want to look at this break as a good oppurtunity for the both of us, but I need help doing so. He comes home for like 10 minutes and even his tone has changed with me..he seems very unconcerned and disinterested & has someplace to go, stuff to do w/ the boys (he is actually hanging with the guys, not w/ other girls, i know for a fact)

Ne ways, when he is ready we are supposed to figure out if the time alone makes us want each other more or want out of relationship.

Help i have low self confidence i want to be a cheerleader and i want to be popular .I act just like all the popular kids whenever i'm at home ,but it's too hard to act like that in school. I have pimples or you could call it acne it's on my forehead and i have no self confidence. I'm using window's movie maker (so all the out of town aunt, uncles, grandma and grandpas can view his summer camp photos) and I'm trying to pick a song to go along with his photos. Looking for ANY kind of song with down-home-country-american-theme. He's 12 and he went to a camp for the visually impaired/blind. (he had a great time and can't wait to go back) The only song I have so far is Bon Jovi's "Who say's you can't go home". Someone also suggested "teach your children" by crosby still and Nash. I love both the songs, but I want to entertain other ideas, too. I don't normally listen to country-I know there are some great all american country songs that would be great for my theme-I just don't know any. Thanks a bunch for any suggestion.
BTW. His camp was back in the california mountains

Basically I'm feeling really warn down, by about 3-4pm i'm almost falling asleep at my desk, but hen i get a second wind at about 7 and fine again.

I'm waking up tired.

I have a good diet because i'm almost allergic to every food out there, so basically all i can eat are fruit and veg, oats and rice and meat.

I wake up naturally at about 6.30am and go to bed at about 10.00pm

I'm not sure if this is down to the fact that i started up at the gym again doing about 4 sessions a week, or because I've only just been diagnosed with the allergies and its probably my blood sugar balancing off or something, other thought is I'm not eating as much fat as i normally do because its mainly just fruit, veg and rice.

Anyone else experienced this sort of thing, and does it get better?

Does replacing window blinds increase my basis in my house if the replacement blinds were the same as those replaced? The old ones were 20 years old, Ive been here 2 years. I keep track of capital improvements to correctly calculate my gain, if there is one, when I eventually sell. Im not selling now so this isnt preparation for a sale. Does replacing blinds increase the basis? How about adding ceiling fans, dimmer switches, painting? I assume new (better) lights and adding dimmers is a yes, painting is a no, and blinds are a ???

How come if a tenat fails to appear in a court there is no bench warrant against him/her, but only a default case. Yet there is a bench warrant made to a person who has a traffic violation n fails to appear in court. What is the difference? Why is that one of them gets issued a bench warrant n the other does not? Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
