Basically I'm feeling really warn down, by about 3-4pm i'm almost falling asleep at my desk, but hen i get a second wind at about 7 and fine again.
I'm waking up tired.
I have a good diet because i'm almost allergic to every food out there, so basically all i can eat are fruit and veg, oats and rice and meat.
I wake up naturally at about 6.30am and go to bed at about 10.00pm
I'm not sure if this is down to the fact that i started up at the gym again doing about 4 sessions a week, or because I've only just been diagnosed with the allergies and its probably my blood sugar balancing off or something, other thought is I'm not eating as much fat as i normally do because its mainly just fruit, veg and rice.
Anyone else experienced this sort of thing, and does it get better?
